I started to set up this page around 7pm last night and it told me it would be up and running in ten minuets. Ten minuets my arse! By midnight I had squares eyes and was completely lost in 'hyper space' And when I logged on this morning the main title has gone walkabout! So I still have a lot to do to get this page looking right but I'm in no rush to pull my hair out! Oh, I forgot, I ain't got any! :-)
Anyways, I made up my mind about a year ago that my future lay elsewhere and that place was going to be Cyprus where my dearest lifelong friend and husband live. Also their son and my Godson also lives there and even though he's gay, I love him to bits but not in that way you understand.
As I'm doing this trip overland I purchased a rather large white Transit van back in September last year and have been busy adapting her for the journey. It's not a home from home but it will do me OK. I will post a few pics when I've finished 'doing her up.'
The day is almost around the corner for my adventure to begin and I couldn't begin to tell you how excited I'm getting. Every day of my journey will seem like a new world with new faces, all with stories to tell. By the time I reach Cyprus my lifes story will bore the arse off me!

Wow what an exciting time you are going to have, I only wish i had the guts to up sticks and follow in your foot steps. I shall have to come visit you in sunny cyprus on day.
